Britney Jean Spears

Britney Jean Spears was conceived in McComb, Mississippi, and raised in Kentwood. When she was a kid, Britney attended dance classes, and she was great in gymnastics, winning numerous contests and similar. But, most of all, Britney loved to sing. Britney was 8 years old when she applied to be a part of The All New Mickey Mouse Club (1989) However her age was a factor to her being rejected. Her next audition was for "Ruthless" Off-Broadway production, in which she performed as the title character for two years. When she was 11 years old she was back in the running for The All New Mickey Mouse Club (1989) and, this time, made the show as a mouseketeer with the stars of the present (Justin Timberlake and JC Chasez from *NSYNC as well as Ryan Gosling). Her biggest breakthrough, however, was when she was signed Jive Recording Artists in the late 90s. Britney was an enormous hit after the release of her debut album "...Baby another time" in 1999. The album sold 13 million copies (as as of July 2001) and her second album "Oops !...I did it Again" which came out in May 2000. Britney was the daughter of Lynne Spears & Jamie Spears, she has a big brother, Bryan Spears & a little sister, Jamie Lynn Spears. Britney was a daughter of Madonna, Mariah Carey, and Whitney Houston, was always determined to become a famous. Britney was a candidate for The All New Mickey Mouse Club (1989-1994) at the age of was eight. But, she was not old enough to be accepted. Britney and her baby sister Britney relocated to New York, where she played in a variety of TV commercials and in an off Broadway show called "Ruthless" which was directed by the direction by Natalie Portman. After a few years her passion for dance and music was a major factor. She auditioned for a second time to appear on "Mickey Mouse" and was chosen along with Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, and Justin Timberlake.
